Shipping & Returns

  • All Live Plant orders are shipped starting May 1st
  • We ship Monday - Wednesday only, no orders are shipped on weekends.
  • All Orders are processed & shipped within 3-10 business days from the order date. If we run short on a particular item we may have to delay delivery until plants are ready to be shipped. We will contact you if this occurs.
  • Our Live Plant orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business day delivery. A street address is required for delivery.
  • Order Delays may occur when inclement weather is impacting our nursery location or our shipping carriers, These delays help us protect your plant order to ensure its received at its highest quality.
  • We ship only our best quality plants. We use industry standard shipping containers to protect your plants during shipment. Although we do our best to make sure your plants arrive in perfect condition, we cannot control shippers handling errors. If plants arrive in poor condition, please see our Refund Policy.

Return & Refunds

  • We ship only our best quality plants. We use industry standard shipping containers to protect your plants during shipment. Although we do our best to make sure your plants arrive in perfect condition, we cannot control shippers handling errors if plants arrive in poor condition.
  • Please allow each plant to recover from the shipping process for at least one week. Once planted please allow the plant to become established for at least 20 days. If the plant is still not in satisfactory condition after 30 days, please contact us to begin the refund or replacement process.
  • We realize that time is of the essence when planting a garden. Please make sure you thoroughly inspect all plants upon arrival. 
  • Refund/Replacement Policy Protocol;
  • We require a valid order number to start the Refund/Replacement process.
  • We require requests for refunds or replacements within 31 days of the delivery date.
  • We do not accept any returned plant material.
  • We will provide either a replacement plant or a refund, but not both. We reserve the right to replace plants with like kind products if original product is no longer in stock. Subsequent refunds or replacements on already replaced items will not be considered.
  • We are not responsible for products that have been neglected, damaged by extreme weather, or otherwise damaged by the customer.
  • To request a refund or replacement plant(s), please use our Contact Us page referencing your Order Number, Name, and any pictures documenting damage upon arrival and/or initial inspection. We will contact you within 2 business days to discuss a remedy.
